The three articles that follow, were first published  in "A+U" Sept.1979, June 1980 and Oct.1984. Along with two or three more, that are forthcoming for re-print here,  were part of the author's contribution to the international debate during the years of Post-Modernity (mid '70's - early '80's), suggesting  precedents of Greek architecture that were already possessing elements of the theoretical proposals promoted by post modern theoreticians of the time; These publications by A.C.Antoniades were part of a collaboration that had started with an article entitled: "Poems with Stones: The Enduring Spirit of Dimitrios Pikionis"("A+U", Dec. 1976- also forthcoming here). All of them were submitted in English and published both in English and Japanese Translation with the encouragement and strong support of Toshio Nakamura, the renown editor of this prestigious international magazine. The current download is realized with his gracious permission  to re-print them  anywhere and as the author desires.
