NOTE: By using architects, it is possible to make "architecture" even within the constraints of modest budgets. Particular three bedroom-160 square meter residence ( with basement spaces totaling an additional 60square meters) eventually costed less than a 120 square meter three bedroom apartment sold to a relative of the owner at the same time in the same town . It is indeed possible to introduce architecture even to the remotest spots of Greece : just use architects , even for projects of the mundane or very strict budgets ( its is there where you actually need them the most).
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ¨: Μόνο με την χρησιμοποίηση αρχιτεκτόνων μπορείτε να απολαύσετε "αρχιτεκτονική", ακόμη και για τους πιό περιορισμένους προϋπολογισμούς. Η σχετική κατοικία, τριων υπνοδωματίων , 160 τετρ. μέτρων (με άλλα εξήντα στο υπόγειο), κόστισε λιγότερο απο διαμέρισμα τριών δωματίων120 τετρ.μετρων που αγόρασε συγγενής του ιδιοκτήτη την ιδια εποχή στην ιδια πόλη. Ειναι πραγματικά δυνατό να εισαχθει "αρχιτεκτονική" ακόμη και στα πιο απόμακρα μέρη της Ελλάδας. Απλά, χρησιμοποιείστε αρχιτέκτονες, ακόμη και για τα πιό ταπεινά εργα, τους πιό ταπεινούς προϋπολογισμούς .
